Drone Roof Inspection Service:

We are excited to introduce our Drone Roof Service, now available as an addition to our Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys.

Using advanced drone technology, we are able to carry out detailed aerial inspections of your property’s roof.

By capturing high-quality images and videos, we can identify potential issues that may not be visible from the ground level.

What We Offer:

Safety First: Our drone inspections eliminate the need for ladders or scaffolding, reducing risks typically associated with roof surveys.

Thorough Inspections: Drones can access areas that are difficult or dangerous to reach, ensuring that no part of your roof is overlooked.

Clear Visual Evidence: We provide detailed images and videos that give you a clear understanding of your roof’s condition.

Quick and Efficient: Drone inspections are faster than traditional methods, meaning less disruption for you.

Our drone operations are carried out by a licensed operator holding an A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 C of C).
This ensures that every flight is conducted safely and in full compliance with UK regulations.

Please note: The availability of this service depends on weather conditions and local flight restrictions.

This service is available for an additional fee of £180.00, which covers the use of our drone equipment, operator expertise, and inclusion of the inspection data within a Level 2 or Level 3 Survey.

Is It Necessary?

Our drone service is proving useful for customers across a wide range of roof types, as the clarity provided from the images can reveal hidden defects or ones that are still developing.

This provides an advantage compared to ground floor level or internal inspections from the loft, as a loft will only reveal defects that have developed to complete failure, like a hole in the roof for example.

The ability for full view of roof tile condition, flashings, chimney stacks & pots (and more) provides valuable peace of mind while proceeding with your purchase.

A comparison of view points can be displayed further in the photos below :
