Denise has been involved with the property world from an early age, following in her father’s property surveying footsteps. Having grown up in Battersea and Wimbledon, Denise moved to Lewisham and qualified as a full RICS chartered surveyor. Denise worked for a number of large property firms before establishing her own property consultation firm.
Simone graduated from Greenwich University with a degree in Estate Management and went on to complete her training as a RICS regulated surveyor with a Central London firm over the course of seven years before joining Laurence Quilter. Simone has AssocRICS and MIRPM status with extensive experience in Landlord and Tenant Law. Simone specialises in Building Surveys, Homebuyers and Market Valuations for clients across a wide sector.
